      they only way you can hurt them is if you tell them to leave you beacause you think they will be better off , if they want to be with you then maybe thats what makes them happy and they don’t want to somebody else to make them happy.
      and even if you do hurt them at some point maybe its worth it , maybe the pain is worth it to them aslong as they get to be with you

      don’t. I’ve been on the receiving end of that situation – my boyfriend/best friend insisted we broke up because he’s depressed and he thought he was hurting me. maybe he was, but its hurting me more trying to stay away from him. the worst part is that i’m not even sure if he actually loves me anymore, or if he thought that breaking up in that way would be easiest. don’t make someone live with the uncertainty… if they want to stay with you, then trust them to know what’s right for them. trust them to tell you if you hurt them, and trust them to know when to stop if they have to. there’s no right thing to do in this sort of situation, but at the moment, from my experience, i think you should stay together. your relationship will be stronger for it. good luck :) xx

    I’ll tell you something, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone as paranoid as I am, I will apologise over almost anything, and I will constantly be like ’Only if you want to, we don’t have to do this if you don’t want to’ on top of having NO confidence
    And I have a wonderful boyfriend, who tries to fix my insecurities. He won’t leave me for them, he’ll just try and fix them. And that’s what love is, you will find someone who will love every bit of you for you, your flaws, your insecurities. Everything. It may take a while to find this person, but it’ll happen. I promise <3
